Not really any different to the six nations, we didn't turn up in the first half there either. We just got punished for it more this time.
On the plus side, Cuthbert is starting to look like the real deal

On the plus side, Cuthbert is starting to look like the real deal Apart from getting caught by a forward when in space trying to go round the outside

Warbs at 8 and Tuperic at 7. Could be a rediculously good ball winning back row for the weekend.

Beck in at 12 looks like a good one. He has been superb this season. Dont hit me but he seems very Henson-esque is his turn of speed, eye for a gap and offload ability. He just doesnt have the tan and the piss poor attitude. I think beck will become a long term 12 for the national side as his abilities will help a direct running 13.
I can still see North at 13 long term. What a partnership that could blossom into!!!

A few years down the line I think he will be behind Beck, Davies, North(if he does move to 13 as I think he will)
Roberts is fantastic at what he does BUT I think his brute size and power will need to be adapted to develope other skills or he will be nullified. Dont get me wrong I am not saying he is a bad player, far from it. The problem is you know what you are getting with him wich is leading towards him being 'found out' slightly. He is not making the breaks that he used to as people become more aware of him and how international defences are now being drilled. I still feel Roberts/Davies combo is too similar and something different is needed to 'unlock' the best defences.
I am happy to be proved wrong on this and I know a lot of people will not agree. Question I will ask in return is what does Roberts offer that non of the other 3 offer?

If anyone has a Live Online Footy account, they say they're going to be feeding SS2 tomorrow morning for the rugby.

We seem determined to balls up a decent start by giving Australia the ball everytime we have a lineout!
