So he gets cleared by the federal investigations a few months ago and now the US doping agency are going after him......

Crazy stuff!
The most tested athelete in history as far as I believe - always passed.
It is nothing other than a spiteful act by the authorities.

Personally, I'm not sure whether Armstrong took drugs or not. Given the cycling world at the time, and the fairly significant amount of number of witnesses apparently implicating him, it wouldn't surprise me, but haven't seen anything strong enough to make me sure. Either way, there is little doubt that the way the USADA are going about it appears incredibly crooked, with one of the main motivations seemingly to mess him around.

As a fan of lance and having read his books etc i'm dissapopinted this has raised its head again.
but the truth will out.
it does raise a question in miy mind about how far and how much worth is there in this continuous pursuit ?
I don't see what new stuff can be produced to incriminate and charge and succeed that hasn't been disproved already...
how far should it go?

At this stage unless they actually have new evidence I just can't see what they have to achieve. I wonder if they keep urine samples ? Presumably in the same way that say DNA testing i smuch more sophisiticated 20 years hence presumably new drug testing technology is much more sophisiticated, presumably they also become aware of new making agents years after they were first used?
