It's ridiculous that the BBC don't mention formula 1 just because they don't show it
They just showed a clip. Besides, it's an Olympic year and a German won the WDC so F1 ain't gettin a look in.
Yeh but bolt's hundred metres was slower than that clip,
How many British drivers
How many people employed in the UK for F1

It has to be Froome, even if it is a sport that the BBC don't cover and therefore won't promote him.

It must be that time again,

I would like to see Froome win it,

The BBC will probably pick a one legged racial minority transsexual

Looking at this lot, after Froomes smear I reckon Hamilton will walk it.

I don't know who any of this lot are

The Panel comprised 12 members this year, with representatives from BBC Sport, BBC Radio 5 live, the UK broadcasting industry, UK-wide newspapers and UK sports bodies (in alphabetical order): Maggie Alphonsi, Philip Bernie, Darren Campbell, Danny Crates, Carl Doran, Katherine Grainger, Dominic Hart, Colin Murray, Eleanor Oldroyd, Alyson Rudd, Barbara Slater and Laura Williamson.

But clearly they know who the top sports people in the UK are ??

Looks like its that time of year again,

BBC shortlist so already manipulated, https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/sports-personality/504...

Ben Stokes
Lewis Hamilton
Dina Asher-Smith
Katarina Johnson-Thompson
Raheem Sterling
Alun Wyn Jones

As usual I want to be LH but my money is on Ben Stokes

I just realised it’s tomorrow night, still want Lewis Hamilton to win, he is annoying and F1 seems to be all about money but Six is a great achievement

I thought the BBC played Hamilton’s achievement and what it takes down. For every other sport they have had a commentary telling viewers about the achievement and the sportsperson
