They are right re williams footwork....no forward momentum on short balls. She looks to have put on a bit too.
She's all over the place now....bizarre.

Dear god.. you can count the shot variety on one hand without using your thumb. And a choke volley to wrap it up.

Roll on Jamie, get a slam under your belt! Tomorrow will be a cracker too!

Pure grit and determination (and great mobility) from Kerber, well deserved.

So how does everyone think Murray goes about trying to beat Robovic?

Get in there Jimbo! Massive wobble serving for the match and getting broken, but they came through. Andy, let's have that singles title too!

Jamie's already got a Slam, he beat Andy to winning Wimbledon a few years back.
Mixed Doubles with Jankovic.

Great day of tennis, hope Murray can spring a surprise tomorrow too.

He has to rattle him (he's done it before), and then ram it down his throat rather than falling for the old tried and tested rope-a-dope injured routine.

Exclusive to Eurosport. The BBC only have Radio 5 Live commentary from 8am or a condensed highlights show on BBC2 around 2pm on Sunday afternoon.

My bet of ND 3-0 last night is looking good now.

Murray doesn't look the class of ND this could be over in an hour

I think my worst fears of tennis are coming true. The game completely dominated by a guy who doesn't promote other players to play attacking tennis and seeing Boris Becker on the tv regularly!!

It's a bit like when Barcelona dominated and they just didn't give other people the ball or when Mayweather dominates and runs around the ring until the other guy gets tired.

To be honest I think the tactic Andy is using to force Djokovic to attack is the right thing but it's not a pretty sight.

It will be.

Murray had a couple of chances and didn't take them.

Can't see Murray taking this 3-2.

No doubt Murray can play tennis and beat Djokovic at tennis. Would love to see an extended practice session but in competition Djokovic is mentally so much better. Huge gulf in their mindset.

I can't remember the last time Djokovic moaned about a line call or some other distraction, Murray however is always at it.

Agree with that cmoose.

Corretja and Wilander had some great insight. They both agreed on tennis terms Murray can beat Djokovic but he lacks mental stability, anytime he missed or Djokovic played a winner it affected him too much leading to arguments with ref, box, himself etc

I agree with what they both said about him sitting down in a few weeks and watching the video of the clutch points, if he can't see how he needs to improve then I'm afraid we've seen the best of Murrays achievement as long as he comes up against someone as good under pressure as Djokovic.

On just a general tennis point though it has to be some of the least memorable tennis I have ever seen. I remember when Nadal played Fed to win his first Wimbeldon and all the crazy attacking tennis. Now it's just hitting it deep down the middle and who dares to miss. Absolute dire state of affairs.
