Absolutely, both players excelled but honestly I am so pleased for Anderson, he truly deserved that.

Double faulted on set point as well - should have been two up and cruising.

If only Del Porto had his old, pre injury, double handed backhand firing.

Reminds me of Stephen Hendry commentating (no not just because they’re both Scottish) - they just speak when they need to speak and have something worthwhile to say. No BS or small talk.

Another fantastic match, poor Del Potro looked broken at the end, Nadal a true sportsman. Was watching this on my phone and the football on the TV! My adrenalin is in overdrive now!

Meanwhile, without anybody noticing, Isner has dumped Raonic out in four sets and plays Anderson in the semis.

Unfortunately I didn't get chance to watch that one. I tend to channel hop the tennis matches so I get to see a bit of all of them at least but couldn't today.

Looked in vain for a report on the Isner match on the BBC site, nothing to be seen.

Oh that is not good! Should have been on red button at least, just tried to get Today at Wimbledon on iPlayer but it isn't working, was hoping there would be something on there.

Still no match report - they must all still be in tears over Federer’s exit and have forgotten about Isner/Raonic.

Not right really that they haven't covered this quarter final.

Re Federer, I love how he plays, always admired his professionalism, and feel he is an all round decent guy and yet I was not bothered that he was knocked out yesterday, maybe it is that British need to support the underdog biggrin

I agree with some of that rant, however they do still offer quite a wide range of matches on the iPlayer, though I don't think they are easy to find as they were a couple years back.

I don't think Today at Wimbledon offers a great selection in its highlights though and some of the clips are way to brief!
