I hope Asston doesn't get in the England Squad as he is just a showboater with a very unsportsmanlike attitude!
I completely agree with you!Whenever he does his stupid fking dive, it just makes me cringe. That sort of rubbish has no place in rugby. Couldn't a couple of close friends take him aside and suggest he stops being such a complete and utter bellend?
Whilst I wouldn't wish the fate on the likes of Burger and Borthwick, a large part of me sincerely hopes he goes over the line with the clock turned red and Sarries trailing Saints by 4 in the final, does his stupid penis substitute dive and drops the ball forward. Utter, utter tosser.
But shouting at a kicker just as they are about to take a kick stinks frankly. He needs to take a look at himself.
With regard to Ashton..........
We were at Sarries a couple of weeks ago, for an Under 10's finals day.
Long story short, it was a tournament on the Sarries pitch, in the morning before a Premiership game.
Sarries sent out a few players to watch the kids - absolutely brilliant.
Kids being watched by premiership players.
Anyway, my son sees Ashton about to leave the pitch and does a full 60m sprint to catch him up and them marks his card!
All I can see is my lad, chatting with Ashton, whose body language was very defensive.
When my lad got back to me, I asked him about the Ashton conversation.
He said that he told him, he thought he'd he'd overdone the dive after his second try in the Cook Cup, 2 years ago!
Ashton said that was a fair point.
His theatrics aren't needed in the game though.
I think he lets himself down with these.

Possible misconduct charge for Ashton then

And Owen Williams cited for hands in the eyes/face of Burrell
I love this picture, just shows how much that meant to Tom and the rest of the players

Are you going to the final Matt?
Nice to see some sportsmanship too:

Unfortunately, not from that absolute c t Callum Clarke.

hope so but then we also have the Amlin final on Friday too.
I see Ashton just got away with a slapped wrist
He should've got something more, maybe a fine or something IMO. It's part of the game that there is respect for a kicker and it seems well observed everywhere I've been to watch matches, not just at The Gardens. I see Ashton just got away with a slapped wrist
Seems wrong to let it go "unpunished" when those in the stands observe it so well.

Lucky you!
I'll be sat at home with my laptop roaring the Saints on.
I'm otherwise neutral, but it's all I can do to bring myself to support an England team with Chris Ashton being an attention we in it, which unfortunately trumps a desire to see Steve Borthwick go out on a high.
Rather Ashton than Clarke (the cheating, disgusting stbag)I'll be sat at home with my laptop roaring the Saints on.

Saw this this morning.
Makes for quite scary reading and hopefully serves as a wake up call to clubs and governing bodies.

The NFL have only just started to take this seriously...mainly because former players filed a class action lawsuit.

Brilliant. What an advert for the game. I'm exhausted.
So is the data allowance on my work phone from watching extra time whilst parked waiting for my daughter on the BT Sport app. I suspect I may be getting a snotty email from someone in Bratislava on Monday morning, and they're unlikely to understand why it was important!
