Great win in horrendous conditions for the Saints, the charge down by Sam Dickinson that lead to the try was fantastic.

Good first win for the Falcons too

Great ground out win, saints made more of what they had.

Marred by a couple of needless yellow cards

I agree, they seem to have the commentary team spot on.

They don't seem up for it, do they? We had a good spell of possession near the start but too many penalties has really taken away the momentum.

Bt coverage. I'm so glad I don't have to listen to Stuart Barnes anymore, but at half time in a rugby game I don't give a fk about the football scores.

The half time talk seems to have helped a little. Agree about the half time football crap, I missed most of the first half so was hoping they would replay the two yellows, but no half time football scores it was

Poor loss to Irish.

Worcester dominated the first half but couldn't find the final pass. Went flat as the witches proverbial in the second.

Irish were not good, Marlon Yarde alone got them through. If he gets injured they are stuffed

Seems BT have taken the criticisms on board, tweet from Ben Kay: Feedback from yesterday has been passed on. Sarries v gloucester today with real rugby pundits only...oh and @IamAustinHealey sorry!

Got to say I reckon the BT coverage is first class. On top of that, there's no Stuart Barnes.

Agree think its brilliant, looking forward to watching rugby tonight on Wednesday at 8pm. Looks like a great show.

Good to see him apologise straight away, knew he was in the wrong. Burger tweeted: "No hard feelings against Nick Wood for the early #howsyourmother . We all do stupid sh** we regret straight away. Was great being out there."

Still, expect a few weeks sat on the sidelines for him

Very good of him to apologise (what else could he do?!) but what the Hell possesses a professional player to do that?

He must surely have known what he was doing, that what he was stamping on was another players face.

By all accounts Woods isn't a dirty player...

I think the fact he's looking down at burgers head while he's doing it doesn't bode well. Love how the coaches add the 'he's not a dirty player' crap in their interviews. They're hardly going to say he's a psychotic nutcase who will stamp on heads when the occasion presents itself hehe

I'd like to think he'll get similar to what Sharky Robinson got when he 'stamped' on mark regans head....14 weeks I seem to remember

The stamp was stunning in more ways than one. It was utterly bewildering.

I spent this morning at the club and talked to a couple of parents who had brought their kids along for the under 8s. They talked of their fears for injuries and I told them what now appears to be a pack of lies.

He needs a hefty ban just to show how such behaviour should be viewed.
