Tsonga vs Isner was a fantastic watch this afternoon. Looking forward to Murray vs Kygrios as that should be good and with it 3rd up on centre that's hopefully late tomorrow afternoon & evening sorted for the telly smile

Murray & Soares won again in the doubles - hopefully they can keep up their form and win.

Really pleased for Heather Watson too - turned her bad result in the singles on its head to win again in the doubles with Naomi Broady.

On a side note, after Serena breezing through against Beck, I watched the Serena documentary on BBC2 last night - not a bad watch tbh following her during 2015 and the attempt at the Slam. Doing the flashback bits in it, I can't believe the amount of hate she got in her earlier years - especially at Indian Wells when the virtually all white crowd not only booed & jeered but racially abused her & her father / family too mad

Might see if the Serena documentary is on catch up, sounds interesting.

Saw the Tsonga match nothing against Isner but so glad Tsonga won, like watching his matches. Should be a good match next with him and Gasquet (another great player to watch when he is on form).

Radwanska vs Cibulkova was absolutely fantastic to watch as was the Murray / Soares doubles this evening before it was pulled at 13-13. Also a 1 set shoot out for Berdych & Vesely tomorrow when they resume.

Rather let down by the Murray vs Kyrgios game though after the past week of action from Nick, but that seems to be the way with him at times frown

Edit - The Navratilova mini documentary on BBC1 tonight is also a decent watch.

Somebody said to me earlier that they'd heard Djokovic had the hump yesterday because he wasn't on centre Court.

Could be complete rubbish but I'd hope he's not that far up his own backside.
Somebody said to you that they "heard"

Never a good start to something being a fact.
I did hope that saying it could be rubbish made it clear to most people i wasnt stating it as fact, but thanks for clarifying.
Good answer.

Meanwhile, good old Serena. Does it again.

All those thin blonde/brunette slinky lanky ladies and she is knocking them down like skittling bowls. It should be a good inspiration for people wanting to play sports who don't match up to modern day criteria.

clap

Best female player of all time.

Super.

I really hope it will be a Serena vs Venus final tbh smile They also look like they're on course to get to the ladies doubles final based on their draw.

I was cheering on Cibulkova this afternoon but it looked like the long matches previously finally caught up with her today but at least she can still get married on Saturday now, as she'd joked she'd have to cancel had she got to the semi finals hehe

Fantastic result for the Brits (Skupski & Smith) in the mixed doubles today too coming back from a set down to beat number 1 seeds Mirza & Dodig and also for Murray & Soares for finishing their game off quickly this morning smile

Looking to tomorrow I can see Murray vs Tsonga going to at least 4 or maybe the full 5 sets.

On a side note, the invitational seniors matches have now started so expect some good natured on court banter from the likes of Leconte & Bahrami, McEnroe, Davenport, etc hehe

Probably later but I'm usually stuck at work til at least 10pm (often later) earliest 9pm so not much chance of me seeing it even if it is late.

shocking i know but i think his nicey nicey act is exactly that an act now murray hi shows petulance anger sometimes but you know what you see is what you get and you can live with that. well i can support that to many knockers of murray lets get behind home grown sportsman to many people want to put down british sportman because they show some emotion and anger thinking it not quite british i say bks.
