Smashed it - well in Bradley.

Last realistic thing missing from his Palmares

Very good point. I think he showed on the Paris Roubaix this year he has one on him.

Great ride from Wiggo, I'm just trying to think once he stepped off the podium, when he'll be able to don the rainbow stripes again, to show off his win.

In 1997 I rode a bit with Archer RC in London. I never really met many of the club members except for a few older guys including one old gent who took me on a few spins about Hertfordshire. He was forever telling me about this young fellow who was a club member and who had the most amazing slow, hard pulse and how he was destined to become a top class rider one day. I guess I should have taken they guy's word at the time and stuck a few quid down on the then 17-year old Wiggins to eventually win the TdeF, Olympics and World Championship. Wonder what odds I would have got!!

It must be very satisfying to end the year of with a Rainbow jersey. Vindication and proof the guy is still a very very talented rider at the top of his game.Beating Martin by 26 seconds is a fair margin .Well in Wiggosmokin

He'll of a statement from.Wiggins that!

He's still got it in him to win a one day classic. I think he'd be better off in another team where he's the main man.

Interesting season for him ahead.
