The last T20 Flintoff played was 5 years ago, June 2009. For Lancashire v Derbyshire at Derby - he took 2 wickets and hit 93 off 41 in a win, and was man of the match.
A few weeks later he retired from all cricket.

I'm guessing when he retired, he got a payout from his insurers, if he is to return to cricket, will that affect him in any way?
That's an interesting point - he was only 31 or 32 when injury forced him to retire and England pay their cricketers very well - up to 400-500k a year if you're a regular in all of the formats. He'd also just signed an IPL contract with Chennai worth $1.6m a year for 3 years. And then there is sponsorship. So his injury cost him a lot of money and any payout therefore must have been significant.Former NZ batsman Lou Vincent has admitted involvement in corruption and agreed to provide evidence of spot-fixing - including the English county game.

Big names, big hits and coloured kits can only mean it is Twenty20 time again for county cricket, and the England and Wales Cricket Board has given the competition a makeover for 2014.
With a snappy new title in 'T20 Blast' and the majority of games taking place on a Friday night, the competition has also been rescheduled to spread out the fixtures.

Yesterdays win by Mumbai Indians was also probably the most amazing T20 match I've ever seen.

Got to feel for him a bit. A few of those where not bad balls Batsman was just swinging and they connected. After that he felt the pressure and wilted. Amirhussain said:
