The athleticism of the Fijian second rows is quite extraordinary.
Yet they'll never win a game against a top side without a #10 who can kick.

What hell is going on with biggar's ritual. It gets worse - longer and more twitching and grasping - with every game.

No bonus point for Wales, by the look of it. Could end up being important.

Well we've got the win but I think missing out on the BP is massive. Need the Crims to prevail over the Orcs now.

Like Italy, who've spent the last decade playing with 10's who probably wouldn't make it near a 2nd tier side in the UK. Must be incredibly frustrating for the forwards.

Have a lot of respect for Fiji. They have player like troopers today.

Well done Wales. But Fiji have never given up.

God, what I'd give for those two Fijian second rows in my team. They could turn nothing into something in the blink of an eye.

Great stuff, proper end to end stuff there - great performance by Wales there, it was touch and go at times. Fiji making some poor decisions when in full flight.

Really enjoyed that match!

Yep awesome from Fiji. They are amazing wriggling out of contact, so difficult to scrag and the offloads are something else.

Really enjoyed that!

Well done Fiji - really starting to sort your 15-man game now!

Exciting stuff and no BP may well make things interesting at the reckoning!

My buddy was with Clive Woodward last night and apparently he wouldn't have taken Burgess and would have taken Armitage... He also would be interested in coaching France. Thus, he's now dead to me!

Said it before on Fiji, but they have to win 3 times over to realistically stand a chance of winning. WTF were they doing in the first half, lack of game management and place kicking.

Banana skin avoided and one foot in the quarters for Wales?

Great game. If Fiji had made the two penalties it could have been a bit different.

It all depends on Saturday. If England beat Aus then wales MUST also beat Australia otherwise they will finish third.

Good article, that. Thanks for posting.
Scenario 3 of the 5 was the only one based on Wales not getting a BP against Fuji...

Wales have earned and need a rest. They'll need to play better than that to beat the Aussies.

Another tournament group Fiji would have qualified.

Gona watch the France game, expect a big win.

As a more or less neutral, although watching with a mainly English crowd with one Welsh bloke in it, I thoroughly enjoyed that match. The Fijians played their hearts out. Unlucky with a couple of possible tries, but that's rugby of course. As others have pointed out, they have weaknesses in critical positions.

Yeah I feel like there's a lot of criticism due all over the park for that performance, however I can't reasonably do that in light of the circumstances. Decimated by injuries and such a short turnaround from an epic performance and win on Saturday.

From a Wales point of view we have to get our green and gold on otherwise the likelihood is we're coming back over the bridge for good.

They were immense, never seen second rows who wouldn't look too out of place playing 7s.

Might have to stop watching the Wales games for a while though, just incase whatever Biggar's got is catching.
