Admirable effort from the Welsh today, they really stopped Australia from putting much together in attack but the error count was just a bit too high.

Wales can beat South Africa, but the Saffers really seem to have hit their straps IMO.

I'd expect Australia to beat Scotland handsomely unfortunately.

Anyone else bothering with the England game?

Agree that SA and Aus look like two semi finalists.

The aussies were just better than us even with a 2 men down couldn't get past. Wales let cuthburt go been useless for a while and just isn't needed any more.

Going to be very interesting game with SA.

if the Aussies defend like that they will take some beating Wales gave everything but they met a resolute Aussie defence. Brilliant effort by both teams the game seemed to last about 10 mins each half .

What a game! The group of death has been had hard for both teams, especially the Welsh with injury toll, but I am sure it will be worth as some other top teams haven't rally been pushed in other pools, so not uncovering their weaknesses.

Next week it get's serious (although it was very serious this afternoon!
