They are shockingly bad.

BBC are bloody good
Sky also good but my God you don't need 3 hours build up coverage!
Tbh I find BTSport by far the best of current rugby coverage. As for ITV getting it again is good for the viewer who doesn't possess another platform to watch it but for the enthusiast it sucks compared with those who do it every year. Much rather the BBC got it and I'm no lover of that institution.

Isn't it about time we stop all of this name calling and sissy posturing and man up and call the group winners and runners up at least?

I'll start.

Group A - Eng ahead of Wales (Australia go out)
Group B - South Africa ahead of Scotland
Group C - NZ ahead of Argentina (ok no surprise there)
Group D - Ire ahead of France (I Hope because that will mean NZ v France in the quarters..woohooo bring it on)

Anyone think they can do better?

Group A really is a tough one. France v. Ireland should be interesting.

I'm with you with all those results except for Grp A, being biased I'd like England to win it, though Aus have a good chance now they seem to have a decent scrum, of beating everyone in the group and coming top. I can't see Wales beating both Eng and Aus, so they go out.

I hope Wales do go through, but I agree probably my heart over my head on this one and i'm English (think I need a lie down). Although I could by some fluke see Eng, Wales & Aus all losing one game possibly! That would be squeaky bum time.

Aussies are on the way here (Bath) today. Hopefully their presence at the University will not cause issues for others wanting to use the facilities too, although the Uni does have form for block-booking things with no notice for "important guests".

Must admit I'm a lot more nervous than I was 2 months ago. Aus have found a Pack whilst England have lost theirs. Wales have tried to injure and impload themselves.

The Aussies must be grinning away to themselves and I think the Boks are too! Let's be honest, how many ppl have looked at that potential and fairly likely match of NZ v France in the quarters and laughed? You sure as hell know the Boks have! They don't fear or respect anyone in the NH and in the direction they can see Aus in real danger.

Not NZ I can tell you. How many times have the French beaten them...? Enough..

I'd agree with this TBH - though really gpA is a bit of a lottery seeing as Fiji could go either way against Wales... as for gpB I'm (just!!!) tipping the sweaties to sneak over the line from Samoa (squeeky bum time for our Jock friends!)

I wouldn't be surprised at all to find a back rower in the squad soon declares an injury. Or maybe a second row.

Other than the official site, is anyone aware of places that sell tickets to some of the sold out games?

Thanks - I didn't think there would be any on more official looking sites as I had heard that Seatwave etc were not selling tickets due to some restriction set by RWC, any idea how official a site viagogo is as i've not heard of them? wouldn't want to buy some then have problems receiving them or find out the tickets had been cancelled etc.

It's a legit site, but still probably outside the T&C's of the ticket.

Still hospitality tickets available and I know a few "sets" of tickets available as well.

All tres expensive though.

England team is basically the same as the Ireland game minus Webber for George. I'd say George is ahead on form but Webber probably needs some game time in case Young gets injured you don't want him in too cold.

Bench is a bit iffy in terms of cover. If Mike Brown for example gets injured there's a lot of disruption. No well covers the back 3 and the centres so think he's an ideal bench man. Has come about from accomadating Burgess by the looks of it. The two Vuniplola's are ideal impact subs.
