Irish Hurling on Sky sports
Discussion
Conor Lane has been named as referee for the All-Ireland SFC final replay as the GAA confirmed ticket prices for the game.
Tickets will be reduced by a third for the September 14 replay (throw-in at 6pm), with stand tickets falling from €90 to €60, and terrace tickets down from €45 to €30.
Discounted children’s tickets, costing €10, will also be made available through the Dublin and Kerry County Boards.
No general sale of tickets is expected, with tickets to be distributed through the county boards.

A season like no other, https://twitter.com/RTEgaa/status/1319896408648896...
I still think it's between Dublin and Kerry for Sam, no one in Ulster is at their level and Mayo will be Mayo.
In Hurling, it's likely between Tipp and The Cats, again. Joe Canning probably isn't fit enough to carry Galway all the way to Croke Park and realistically there isn't a serious challenger outside of these two.
We're back to the good old days of Football in the Autumn. Down play Louth in Dowdallshill tomorrow, but we are already assured of promotion to Division 2. I haven't missed a Down game since Methuselah was in short trousers, but I don't really think I can bluff my way in to the game tomorrow.

Are you forgetting Limerick ??
TBH I was, was talking to a friend during the week who was convinced Limerick would win this comfortably. Looks like he could be right. Limerick have a commanding lead at half time and are simply better in every area of the field. Callinan has been unable to get a foothold in the game, his only real contribution led to a Tipp goal, unfortunately Limerick replied with a goal within seconds.HT: Tipperary 1-08 1-17 Limerick
2020 cannot really get anymore 2020 can it? Tipp are out of the Hurling, I'm slightly biased, but the ref absolute rode them, the sending off which changed the game was harsh.
On a weekend of high emotion in which we, the entire GAA community, remembered the 100th anniversary of bloody Sunday, history repeated itself, but this time in a good way. I'll not get into the events of Bloody Sunday 1920, but the same four teams have qualified for the All Ireland football semi finals for the first time since 1920. Dublin, Mayo, Cavan and Tipp. Cavan were rank outsiders against a fancied Donegal, but every man on the field gave absolutely eveything and the raw emotion at the end was truly wonderful. Their first Ulster title since 1997.
Tipperary haven't won a Munster senior title in 85 years, they were playing a highly fancied Cork. Maybe it was the weight of history, maybe it was an act of God or maybe Tipperary playing in the white and green of Grangemockler, as the county had done on that fateful day in 1920, were just that wee bit better than Cork.

Hope you had a wee bet on Limerick. Won comfortably today.Strange game, didn’t feel like a championship game never mind an All Ireland final, but it’s been a strange year.
You wouldn’t bet against the Dubs next week, they should win comfortably.

Dubs odds on.
Dubs odds on, only a fool would bet against them. BUT and it's a big BUT what could be more 2020 than a Mayo win. I will drive to Castlebar and celebrate with every Mayo Man, Woman and Beast and believe me, I've climbed Croagh Patrick, there are some quare tings in Mayo, if they win. Jaysus, no one deserves it more than the Mayo fans, they've been through the grinder over the last two decades and more.
The greatest footballer I've ever seen, not to win an All Ireland, Ciaran McDonald, the Curse of 51, everything will be forgotten and forgiven of the impossible should happen next Sunday.
McDonald was out on his own, he was special https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q256q88yoFM
The perfect end to a terrible year would be a Mayo win.

Do Sky still have GAA games?
Sky's All Ireland Final preview isn't quite up to RTE's standards, maybe it's the year that's in it. Can't see anything other than a comfortable win for Dublin. Throw in 5pmhttps://twitter.com/SkySportsGAA/status/1339879337...
RTÉ they just seem to be able to capture the mood perfectly.

And again. I think the other 31 counties really want to see a Mayo win, no one could begrudge the team and their wonderful fans, who have suffered heartbreak after heartbreak over the years.
