Overs are irrelevant now because it's not going to rain.

So 120 odd runs to get between Root, Prior, Stokes, Tremlett, Broad and Anderson. That's certainly achievable if they bat sensibly because I don't see too many demons in this pitch.

edit - wtf was that Prior.

Pathetic really.

It's all down to Joe Root now.

I heard there's a batting spot for Anderson in the Ontario 1st 11, they don't want the rest feel they'd be over graded

We had a hope....it was faint and just about in reach then normal order resumed and we chucked it in and collapsed like a pack of cards

Not quite sure which of those last 3 to give the prize to. Totally ridiculous!

Unfortunately that just about sums it up.... miserable.... well at least it means I can go off and do something else rather than sitting on the edge of the sofa.

And now Broad out to a short ball down the leg side!
Brainless from Prior, Stokes and (this time) Root. With a bit of restraint this game was winnable.
India have shown how to bat and bowl on this pitch - our so-called senior players have contributed nothing with bat or ball.

Down to our most in form batsmen to knock off the last 100 runs.

yeah don't think so..
Can think of at least 2/3 players that need dropping for their own good and new blood bought in for the last 3 tests - what have we to lose??
