Moeen Ali, a local Birmingham lad, is being booed by the crowd every time he goes near the ball. You could argue that it's pantomime stuff however one assumes they are only doing it because of Ali's Pakistani background. It's just not cricket.
It's amazing how much better the side looks without Cook. Had England played something like the above in the odis they would have done a lot better imo.
