Top partnership shame they couldn't get 200 partnership! Let's see what happens next, hot day hopefully a few wickets drop to make a game of it but think they will bar out the next day and a half.

Best hope for any kind of result is for England to take quick wickets this morning when there is a bit of moisture around.

If not then I think India will bat until after tea to wear down the England bowlers ahead of the next test and try and have a go at Cook to heap more pressure on him.

Kohli gone.

If we can pick up a couple more before lunch then this game will come alive.

Like that!

2 down so far. India effectively 134 for 5.

Four more, let's hope the tale wags less than it has so far in this match.

Well I thought that very entertaining. Cook is in his own cricketing Black Hole of Calcutta, but he gave the crowd something entertaining to watch at the end. I was really enjoying it on TMS whilst shelling my broad bean crop harvested today.

That's the problem with English cricket though, a 46 year old bloke enjoying it immensely on the wireless whilst gardening.

We need to get it being enjoyed by people 16 years old. Not an easy task I admit.

Cricket should be compulsory at schools up to the age of 16 ever week rather than RE. At least it will get kids off the computers, tablets, phones and screens at try to get them slightly fitter.

Why is Simon Kerrigan getting picked again? He will get murdered by the Indians!

I have no idea. I just don't think he knows enough about the craft just yet, especially to bowl against the Indians. By all means take him on tour to the WOndies next spring.

England are going to have to find a proper spinner.

Safety first , Moores feels comfortable with him , happens the world over in sport. When mangers move football clubs you see them going back to their old clubs to buy players. ATM I have no idea who is our number one spinner.
