not one for the girls in the backs last 20mins. 1 small mistake, a missed touch, and a deserved Italy win.

Expect a higher quality match next. Will France turn up?

I loved seeing the Italian players in the stands celebrating with their supporters 10 or more minutes after the final whistle went! smile

Not difficult to see what the result meant to them.

Dunno

Dunno

They can do whatever they feel like on the day.

If I was a betting man, I'd run away. Fast.

I'm sure he is...... Just makes for better watching if the commentators are (or pretend to be) vaguely impartial!!!

Pretty well balanced, but Wales should have made more of their possession.

Bloody hell I'm glad Sam 'the second coming' Burgess is nowhere near the England squad currently. He's been terribly poor so far in the match against Exeter today, and wasn't a lot better last week at The Rec against Northampton.

He just doesn't appear comfortable in the centres. Gets stepped easily, goes for big hits and misses, and gets taken to ground easily despite his size (league prioritises tackles at chest height but a good old fashioned leg tackle will always put a big man to ground). However, his qualities are such that I suspect he will begin to find his way in the game, but potentially in the pack.

On another note, awesome win for Italy. Superb performance by the pack. That last play was superb considering the pressure. And shame on the scrote in the crowd who was showing Parisse the finger after the final whistle.

France are just making a few little mistakes - otherwise I think they'd be in front
