Does this mean Dave Cameron gets a retirement package? I suggest they give him a clip round the ear for being such a twit: http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/cricket/31577971

Chris Gayle enjoyed himself today....to be fair though the bowling was pretty poor.

That's what a top class batsman does to poor bowling.

England faced a 44mph pie chucker and didn't really do much frown

This. England needed to do better for run rate purposes.

I honestly can't think of anyone in the England team who would or could have taken on the bowling like Gayle did last night. Well, there's one who did rather well in the Big Bash but he's been sacked by the ECB. hehe

Just seen highlights of the West Indies innings, Marlon Sameuls played good too.

Gayles hitting was powerful, I know it's only Zimbabwe, but still. Shame the crowd seemed a bit dead.

I know there has been some fantastic individual performances but this WC has really been rather dull so far - none of the games have been close.

Hopefully it will pick up once we get to the knockout rounds.

Yeah, nothing too spectacular so far. Hoping New Zealand vs Australia is going to be a cracker.

England Vs NZ was the highlight of the series thus far for me. Couldn't stop grinning from ear to ear.

Can Ireland snatch victory from the haws of defeat? 95 needed off the last ten

I've got TMS on in the background.

Don't panic, 16 needed of 17

ETA, 12 needed of 16

The locals would have gone mad tonight had they won (and I don't mean the Irish).

Just listened to the Scotland Afghanistan match. Seemed to last forever but at about 4 stages each team had no chance. And it ended up a nailbiter!

Probably one of the best ODI matches I have listened to. Both teams deserved to win, or more accurate, not to lose. Fascinating.

I thought England vs Australia was fun, although we gave away a bit in the middle, but the NZ game was something else.

Will one of the minnows get to beat England?
I sort of hope they make ut through - I want to see what SA can do to this English side.

Following Gayle's innings is it just a matter of time before we see a triple hundred in a ODI ?
An easy win for SL , going to be very hard for them to replace Dilshan and Sanga when in the not too distant future they will retire.
