I've only watched 2 matches of this World Cup, one England and a great innings from Gayle and the Windies.

Sorry but OD cricket leaves me cold. Test cricket is brilliant in it's strategy and 20/20 for thrills. OD just falls down the cracks between the two.

Just as the momentum was building, Dharwan goes... That'll arrest the run rate for a bit, but I reckon India can have a huge middle over session...

Nicely set up game. Will boil down to Aussies bowling in good places and whether India can tuck in to Aussie 2nd seamers and 'spinners'.

Australia look (again) to be taking charge. I think they'll win here. Hopefully a close finish like the other semi.

Hazelwood doing a decent job - 6 overs for 18 runs isn't too shabby

Yep, Hazelwood is doing a top job. As you say, it'll be up to India to feast on the next batch of bowlers, if they're going to have a chance from here..

Well, if India win it from here needing 8.8 an over for 22 overs they deserve it.

R RR just over 9 per over, these two need to pick it up.

Wow, what a ball from Mitchell Johnson. Got banged for six .... and then just comes back with an absolute peach of a delivery.

Looks like Australia have this one in the bag but never say never when Dhoni is in the middle.

It's going to get interesting if they score a few in the next two overs..

That's exactly it, they need to start going for it. If they're all out for a loss, so be it.

That's fizzled out nicely, England would be proud of such a display.

Dhoni out. 18/over needed.

Start the car.

Weird wicket - he seemed to pull up at the last second, almost as though he thought it was going to miss...might have made it if he dived.

to quote the bastid offspring of Fraser from Dads Army and Ned Flanders

"India are doomed, doomed I tell you, they are done diddly diddly done diddly doomed"

Aus v NZ should be a cracking final.

Everyone in the world wants NZ to win. biggrin
