I love test cricket. The beautiful, slow patient game that we all love.

At the risk of jumping the gun on this one...do we really want to be batting in these conditions?!

Seriously guys, we need to slow this down. We really don't want to be batting out there before 3pm....

This is the equivalent of 20/20 for us old fast bowlers.

On the bright side - it will be a fantastic win for us from 10/3 in the first 9 balls.
As I said, by far your worst team in 25 years.
Time to start again when the resignations start coming in at the end of this series. A forced root & branch change would do Cricket Australia the world of good.
You may have said that - but I don' think you're right nor do I think kneejerk slating of a team that has comfortably beaten the WI and India and is ranked #2 is backed up by a freak bit of bowling on a green pitch.

Rogers will retire. Clarke will go if he doesn't score runs.

Warner & Smith will stay. Sean Marsh and Mitchell Marsh will stay in the squad. Hazlewood and Starc will stay, as will Johnson for another year or two until his body gives out. Lyon will be around for another 5 years+.

Voges will go - no point at that age after a failed series. Kuwaja or similar will come in.

Unless we bowl well on this we will lose this test - but I won't write us off until we've had a bowl on it at around 12...

Are you suggesting broad's bowling is a freak? confused if so that sounds like sour grapes which is unlike you.
