Bellew was accusing Haye of throwing a punch when no such thing happened - they touched heads and Bellew shoved him away...
He did throw a punch. Click the link above.

ETA: Beaten to it.

Fair enough, I didn't see that left coming in from Haye... I still reckon Bellew doesn't want to see or have to think about the reality of that 2 (or more) stone weight difference actually means.
Mate, I didn't either...it was only when I saw the stills that I believed what was being said and even then I couldn't see it when watching the real-time footage; only when I saw it slowed up did I see it. That said, there'd have been no weight behind it...but even so, fast hands!

On further review, all I can say is it was damned lucky Haye didn't throw the right...think the sparkler he was wearing on his ring finger could have done some damage!!!

Looks like QVC tat to me, probably fall apart on impact wink

Great news for AJ that Rob Mc is going to dedicate time to him, they obviously already know each well from the Olympics and he's got to be one of the best men out there to have in your corner and keeping an eye out for you during camp with a fully sorted professional team of staff.

Got a bit physical in the press conference today. Reckon Bellew got under Haye's skin a little.
More Hearn BS to sell ppv
Haye did have a few words to say about Hearn during the press conference....
It was quite comical, wife and I sat and watched it last night...have you seen the slow mo left from Haye?
yes Had that landed clean would have been lights out for Bellew.

Just watched it...really thought Lebedev did himself proud in there, even though the cards didn't go his way. Got to say, I do have a soft spot for Lebedev; he's a bit of a throwback - not spectacular but gritty, hard-working, determined and hard as fking nails. It'll be interesting to see where he goes from here. As for Gassiev, I'm not really sure what to make of him. 80% of the time he looked pretty ordinary; 20% like a world-beater. Credit to him for finding a way past Lebedev - no mean feat despite the miles on the clock - and he may kick on from here; he certainly has shown in glimpses he has the talent. However, as the next ruler of the division, I still think I'd be edging more towards Usyk...

how can you choose a winner between Haye and Bellew possibly the two least talented boxers to grace the ring.
You may as well have Harrison at the challenger.

Whilst Haye doesn't float everyone's boat, the last thing I would call him is untalented.

He is a million miles away from GGG on that form. At least he was honest in his assessment.

Didn't agree with the scorecards.

Silly comments there sorry pal....

In other news as much as I love gassiev it was lebedev who should have retained his title last night...gassiev has mad power but found it difficult adjusting to southpaw lebedev....great fight though!

Lebedev, usyk, gassiev, glowaki ,breidis amongst others.....bellews has got his belt in possibly the strongest cruiser weight era!!! He'll have a job holding onto it for long in this company

I see pulev does Sam Peter in 3 over the weekend. Peter's best days are 10 years ago now...time to go!!..

Anyone else note the power of that kudryashov on the under card??? He's a 1 punch knockout artist for sure...

Equally shocking was the other 1st round ko of the night in troyanovsky getting starched by indongo

Frankly, I thought Peter had retired a long while back...just checked on BoxRec and it looks like he had over three years off after losing to Robert Helenius in 2011, came back in 2014 for a win inside a round against a no-name, then promptly took another two years off before taking a four-rounder in October this year and now the fight with Pulev. Really hope he doesn't go down the Danny Williams route.

Troyanovsky was a pretty big upset given he was the one with the big KO record, not Indongo, as well as the fight being in his back yard while it was Indongo's first contest outside of Namibia!

Bellew is going to regret getting in that ring with Haye. Weight and experience.

As for BJS & GGG - I think at this present moment in time I fancy GGG, theres just something about him. No credit to be taken from Billy though.

I can't see how BJS would pose any threat to GGG whatsoever. It would be a total mismatch. Like turning up for a round of paintball armed with a nerf gun.
