If Khan wins then TBE<lol> should fight him...no chance Khan is & always has been to fast with good combinations for TBE to ever consider. The much vaunted glass chin would not come into it as he rarely knocks people out, unless they are talking to one of TBE's pet referee's,so if TBE wants a real challenge in & around his weight then A.Khan fits the bill IMO.
Mayweather gets a lot of abuse and some of it is completely justified. However, I think you need to take some time to watch his early fights starting from 130. He fought everyone there was to fight and beat them with relative ease, it was only after the Dela Hoya fight that he became 'the money man' and took fights that gave him the best money available rather than perhaps the best fight available. That said, I don't think there's anyone that could have beaten him that shared the same weight class as him. He would have always had Pacquiaos number, Paul Williams was a giant that was apparently incapable of 'fighting tall' so would have been outboxed, Margarito was too slow and he defeated a Margarito clone in Baldomir. The one guy I will absolutely agree that he ducked was Winky Wright and I think he would have had a tough night with him when he was in his prime.Khan would not be able to defeat Mayweather. Why? Well, Khan is actually quicker and he's obviously a damn sight younger too. I also agree that Mayweather would most likely not be able to knock him out. When Khan throws those blistering combinations, look at his feet. He plants his feet and throws 4/5/6 punches that normally completely overhelm his opponent but a fighter like Mayweather just wouldn't be there to be hit. The moment Khan plants his feet Mayweather would move out of range. Mayweather would time his first shot, counter, and move. Don't get me wrong, Khan would have some success but he'd be sussed out within 3/4 rounds.
This is why the Canelo fight is intrigueing. Both fighters have a genuine chance to win but Canelo has two major things going for him. Firstly is his power as if he connects, Khan will get hurt. Secondly is his timing, I very much doubt he will be able to stop Khan planting those feet and throwing the blistering combinations. I think he will cover up and blind side him with a big left/right hook as Khan is throwing his punches as Canelo isn't fast enough to counter in the way that a fighter such as Mayweather would. If, however, Khan fights behind a jab and keeps moving then he may be able to win a technical fight. Canelo doesn't like movers.
As for a possible Mayweather vs McGregor fight, I wouldn't buy it. It's a foregone conclusion but I can see whay both fighters would take that fight. Huge huge money that I guess both would be stupid to turn down.

I do disagree on Pacquiao though; a prime, pre 'born again' Manny would have beaten him and that's why it never happened for 5 years. But hey that's just conjecture on my part.

This one won't go many rounds.
This is also the same band who sang Abraham into the ring for the second fight against Smith
My stereotype view about the pair of them has been reconfirmed after that. Chisora lacks quality and Pulev lacks the power to conquer the division. This one won't go many rounds.

To be fair, it's difficult for me to argue against this. They were the two best fighters of their era and that's a fact. Boxing fans (notice I say boxing fans and not Pacquioa fans or Mayweather fans), boxing analysts and actual boxers themselves are split down the middle as to who would have won. We were robbed of a fight between the two top pound for pound fighters in their prime and that was nothing short of unforgivable regardless of who was at fault. Wow, what a fantastic fight that was!
I've always been a fan of Crolla but I became an even bigger fan of his after he was left for dead and came back from that to be still be such a force in the sport. What an inspiration.
He was up against it tonight and despite losing the first 5 rounds, Crolla was dishing out some punishment. But what a great finish by Crolla. I'm struggling to think of a time that British boxing has looked so good.
