It is really hotting up, key match for me will be Willet and Westwood in the BB, if we can get a half or better then I fancy us for the win tomorrow. The US badly need to win but I had to laugh at the opening ceremony when the announcer stated that we had the best 24 players in the world present, I wonder what Day, Scott and Ostehousen (sic) thought of that?
Agreed the Ryder Cup is now the best sporting event on the planet.
Really exciting format, great skill and excitement on show, all played in a highly charged but sportsmanlike atmosphere.
The players actually seem to thrive on the extra pressure and just play to an unbelievable standard.
I think it helps that many of us play ourselves and so realise just how flipping good they are.
Thomas Pieters seems to be a real star in the making.
