Need a bit of help with my fitness plans, and I'm wondering if there is any value in paying for one of the online trainers to create a plan for me.

In simple terms, I've been doing x-fit for the last 2 years, but cant get to the box on time anymore due to work commitments, so I've joined the local council gym. I've got London Marathon next year, as well as Ride London, Ride Birmingham, and Birmingham Marathon - oh and the annual ski-trip.

I play squash two nights a week, do circuits one night, body pump one night, and that leaves Saturday and Sunday for gym work. They've got plyo boxes, kettlebells, dumbells, pull-up bars, medicine balls and the usual rowing, riding, running and weight machines and a contraption that you can use for deadlifts and squats (almost free weights, but the bar is constrained to move in a single plain, so not ideal).

What I'm looking for is a plan for the weekends, to maintain/build my strength as well as train for the events above. I'll be starting running soon, so anything in the gym has to be an addition to the cardio work I've already got.

Quick question, if you have all these events coming up for running, riding and skiing, and already play squash, circuits and body pump are you going to drop any of them? Training for a marathon will take up a large amount of your time, so struggling to see how you can fit it in and still have some rest days?

Thursday is rest day, Sunday is dog walking, early mornings in the week for running (with the dogs). But Monday night squash is very gentle, and Saturday is empty, so that's two gym sessions that need filling with non leg / non cardio work.
