Darts world championship 2022/2023

I don't remember darts making news headlines before so it will be a commercial decision to include the lad. I've no idea what the format is mind you, was just swept up in the recent tournament like many.
A lot has been said about his appearance, but I hope he uses some of his earning potential to get a team who can look after his mind and body.

17 events, on a Thursday night from Feb to May all over the UK, Dublin, Belfast and some in Europe at the biggest arenas going (02, Manchester Arena etc etc etc), it's a league with basically the top 8 in the World Rankings and playing in front of 20,000+ at some venues. It'll bank him some big money, but, the thought is that with all the other tournaments to go to as well in the same weeks, it's a lot of travel etc. Definitely a commercial decision though, the tickets will fly out for every venue, but then they are usually very well attended and sold out anyway. Anyone seen that interview with him where he was asked how he would celebrate given he can't drink, smoke, bet legally and his last answer was 'he'd buy more vapes'?

I wonder who is going to be most disappointed about not making the cut to make way for Littler.
Mostly hoping that he beats Gerwyn Price - a man so in love with himself he would eat himself if he could - in Cardiff.

I’ve warmed to him this year. Everyone says he’s a lovely guy off stage, it’s a show after all and he does bring some drama Mostly hoping that he beats Gerwyn Price - a man so in love with himself he would eat himself if he could - in Cardiff.
Hope Littler pushes on from this will do him good playing week in week out in the Premier league.Who remembers Leyton Bennett hyped up as the next big thing when he was a teenager on the bdo circuit even played in a big exhibition match against Taylor.you never hear of him now.Well done to Humpries seems a decent genuine guy just a shame that he seems to have been forgotten with all the Littler attention especially when he's been crowned world champ def the form player of 2023.

I actually think Humphries doesn’t mind at all that Littler was the big story before the final - making it - and after - Premier League inclusion. He seems that type of guy.Gassing Station | Sports | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
