Can't believe they did you at your place D-angle.....they obviously learnt from Brucies boys a couple of weeks back
tough one for you guys now.....?
Only one goal in it. Coming back from behind is our thing, and for a lot of the game we had them under serious pressure. Unfortunately their goalkeeper chose today to play out of his skin, he had a heck of a game. tough one for you guys now.....?
I think Murray's injury shook some of the lads. He broke his should the night before the game, right in front of the whole team. He is a cornerstone of the team, that must have had an effect. It's going to be a crackinggame on Wednesday, I'm really looking forward to it!
We're just one-nil down at half time mate, that's all. That's happened plenty of times this year, and most times we have gone out in the second half and knocked in 2 or 3. The lads are up to the challenge, I'm sure of it.
Besides which, we can't really lose, we were supposed to be avoiding relegation and here we are in the play-off semi-final! The most important victory has already been won.
BELIEVE!

The team were absolutely shagged tonight. They could barely stand at the end of the last game, but our squad restrictions saw us field the same side just 3 days later. They still gave it a go though, and I'm proud to bursting of every one of 'em. Most importantly, and I can't stress this enough, we didn't finish 7th!
Still, the transfer window's opening, and I'm looking forward to making mincemeat of this division next season.
COME ON DERBY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never mind eh? TBH I think it was a bit early for us to go up. Fifth was about our highest position all season and I think that's where we deserved to end up. It all shows how well Mick and the players have done with such a modest budget. He used the transfer window well and got us some great young players instead of all the has-been journeymen we'd had before.
Still,I'd hoped that a new buyer and some more cash may have been waiting in the wings if we got promoted.
Overall though, I think we did well since Mick came along and look forward to promotion next year.
Well done lads.

but i'm going for West Brom to beat Derby in the final. (Sorry to the wolves fans...it'll probably come back and bite me in the arse!
Not on recent form, Wolves had played west brom 3 times this season and lost 3-0 twice.
West Brom have to many players who know for definite they will not be playing for Mowbray next season.....many grumblings of split dressing room etc ......people like Gera , Kamara etc.
but if Mowbray unify the intent & can get them playing the way they did Saturday .....i'd say they are a big threat to Wolves as are Saints......i don't fancy Derby TBH (and i got Rams fans on my side of the family!)
Also not in slightest bit bothered that we came second
the best team won the Championship that's for sure....but what makes me is the way the media are creaming themselves over Keano....i'm sure even he is a bit embarrassed by it all!
Yes he's done a fantastic job backed properly by Quinny ....but Christ , get over it ass kissers!
We beat them last time we played them, just hold on to that thought. Roll on Sunday.
Sorry chaps. Just had a feeling. If WBA beat Derby too, i'm gonna wish i put a little money behind my thought....
