Shocked by wolves hammering by the saints! Didn't see that coming.

Bad luck against Sunderland, the result did some good for us at least!

Just been looking at the remaining fixtures and Cardiff haven't got a bad run in now, so hopefully they can claw some points back.

After wolves last game, they now have sunderland this weekend!! Could be painful!

Derby have an easy ish run in as well, so can't see them finishing outside the top 2 tbh.

Birmingham and Sunderland to definately finish in the top 3, then its 5 teams for the remaining 3 places!

I'm going to start a...

"Languishing in boring mid-table, inconsistent, with a very average set of players, a manager none of them get on with, and an orange chairman with dodgy haircut and dodgier personality but with loads of money which he does'nt spend on Palace any more but we thank him for saving the club ages ago"

...thread, for us Palace fans.

Can Sunderland still win the league? And if so, would they be the first team go from 24th place, to 1st place, in one season?

lol @ v7ette hehe - You've got good players and a good manager, Palace have to be one of the biggest disappointments of the season, that's for sure.

Personally, i don't think so. Only because there's still a gap to Derby, Birmingham have another game in hand, and mainly because i see Derby and/or Birmingham finishing above them.

Preston lose to QPR, that's their game in hand gone. Good result for the Wolves, we just need a draw at Sunderland to make sure we stay in the top 6.

I looked for it but couldn't find it, so could just mingle in the thread here.
Note: you missed a couple of points on your post.
our chaiman loves to argue with a certain chairman that will be in the prem next season ..... sour grapes......... get over it!
we have a support thats often split............the amount of times i've seen arguments and near fights in the ground due to heated differences.
Selhurst Park ............... the only place you hear more booing is at an England game.

Great strike from Blackstock for what turned out to be the winner! Nugent should've scored too though! That's 2 defeats in a row for Preston, and against teams in the bottom 5!

Going to be a very interesting easter weekend with most teams playing twice!

After the good kicking we got at Southampton, Wolves haven't had this much to prove since the West Brom game. Our defence is looking a bit weak at the moment though.

Nonsense. When Wolves win and West Brom and Preston lose we'll be up to fourth by tonight.

I was at the match Preston's captain should have been sent off, he was screaming abuse at the ref at every opportunity.

But at least QPR are now 4 points above relegation.

Any Coventry fans here?

Absolutely gutted we (Cardiff) lost again! I've been shouting at the tv that's the play offs gone, but looking at the table, we're 9th, but only 3 off southampton in 6th. Maybe there's still hope if we win our remaining games.

Fancied Sunderland to win, shocked at Preston and Birmingham losing though. Very good win for stoke at WBA who could yet make it.
I think Sunderland will finish 2nd now behind Derby. Birmingham are certain for 3rd and i can see Southampton definately finishing in the play offs.

Down to the last 2 spots i think.

Shame he didnt scream at his own team to gee them up a bit rolleyes

Maybe he was a little frustrated at the one-sidedness of the ref...not that that was an excuse for our performance.

At least we are getting consistent at something now! (and still 4th)

No he tried that too, there seems to be something wrong with the Preston team as they seemed to be constantly arguing with each other, if you guys are faltering then I think it's because there are some pretty inflated ego's there.
