Travelled all the way and it was well worth it ! Shame clubs dont get points for the support otherwise we would be top ! Wigans support was shockingly bad ! Anyway we were unbeatable for the first half and just held back in the second but if i was the manager thats how i would have played it and if we had played 3/4 of our previous games like this we would not be third from bottom fighting to stay up !
All in all a fantastic day out Essex to Wigan and back with 3 points ,

Its in our own hands - as per my other post on a similar subject, I doubt there will be legal action that cpuld be resolved before the new season starts!
What odds on Wigan beating Sheff U on Sunday and them both staying up - a risky one but I oculd see it happening - maybe we could then sue for Match Fixing!!!!!!!!!

If however Sheffield "allow" Wigan to beat them and we somehow sneak a win against Man U (90th min penalty) then Sheffield will go down on goals scored.
There's just too much at stake for a fix, Sheffield cannot afford to loose this game.
We however only need a point, and although that is not particularly likely it probably doesn't matter as Wigan won't be able to beat Sheffield.
