It's mixed emotions from me...

WestHam - Cheating so deserve to go down, but our bogie side and would be strong in the Premiership.
Wigan - Their attendances are shocking and do not deserve Premiership status but they having money behind them and would be strong in the Championship next year.
Sheff United - Hate them generally but Warnock is good for entertainment (even if he is a ) though I fancy our chances of relieving them of 6 points next year.

Put it this way though, the lawyers of the Sheff United, Boro, Wigan, Charlton and Fulham will be busy tomorrow, that is if they're not busy already...

My thoughts are mainly here---> www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&t=321060&i=420

Along the lines of:

West Ham are cheating scum, Man Utd chose a great day to be rubbish...and we left it too late to throw everything at Wigan, which was a bastard.

An average attendance of 18159 in a 25138 seat stadium isn't all that bad for a town of 80,000 people with a team that has only been in the premiership a year.

Last season in the Championship Ipswich averaged over 25,000 though...

Still a lot more people there than Wigan though, and don't forget Wigan is a rugby town. We also have a team in the Super League.

Indeed. It was a nervous last twenty minutes but it all turned out fine in the end!

At least it will shut them up for a few months.

Gorvid......say boll0x to the snipers

Blades will be back

West Ham are so feckin lucky to have the Premier League ruling on 'thier' side

i.e. no nasty points deduction so that the media darlings can survive to keep the red tops happy.......ask the lower league teams who have fielded ineligable players how they like that ruling.

Anyone else and it would have been points deducted

Cockernee conspiracies abound (it's all a bit Mary Poppins IMHO)

Shane Ritchie ....he is a tw@ aswell (veering ever so slightly off topic)

p.s. ....though Blades made Heskey look good today and THAT is unforgivable

Just football banter.

Were the Blades quiet as mice when we have been relegated??

Were they quiet as mice when they went up??

What goes around comes around. It's all about the manner in which you take the abuse.

Yeeah i know its banter .....but i quite like the Blades , i've a few long time buddies who are ST holders.....Warnock is a freak but he makes me laugh and he's no media 'darling'.....i like blokes who say 'F@~& you ! i don't care what you think of me and i'm not gonna tow your line.....'

all i'm saying is this

If it would have been any team other than WEST HAM .....say for a team not in the media's golden list (you know who you are)

then they would have had the correct punishment laid downupon them

I would be seriously gutted if i were Blades.....

1) they didn't show when it was needed
2) The premier league has given Wet Spam a 'get out of jail free' card
