He's joined Oldham after serving half of a 6 year sentence for death by dangerous driving and leaving the scene of an accident after drink driving and killing someone...

Earning £80k pa - a fraction of what he could have afforded before the crime.

Is it though,as much as i dislike what happened he is only doing what everybody else would do,he has a family to support so back to work he goes.He will get more abuse than just about anybody else would get so its going to be hard enough

the bloke who he killed was a father of four...so his family will have had to learn to cope.

I appreciate he has to get on with his life but the circumstances of the accident were at the least exceedingly cowardly and at best very very stupid

If he was a plasterer I very much doubt there would be all this press surrounding him, At the end of the day he is just going back to work.
He says he is very regretful and is going to dedicate his free time to attending schools and the like to hopefully warn kids of the dangers of DD and the like.

saw his press conference over the weekend and he did seem genuinely remorseful to be fair. He also said he'd met with the chaps widow and family so fair play to him there

only time will tell eh?
