Fantastic effort by Bopara and Broad to get us over the line against India tonight at Old Trafford.

Great to see two young England players (22 and 21) doing such a mature and professional job. Both should be in test team ahead of Strauss and Plunkett IMO. It was so good to see the youngsters showing the show ponies like Pietersen and Flintoff how to do the hard yards.

And to think Fletcher preferred Mahmood to Broad!
