So pleased for Bisping, he really did look great. Also seemed to hit harder than he has for a while and mixed up some nice kicks too.

OK, I'll admit - Bisping looked good. Needs to keep working on the power striking...

Benson Henderson - don't care if he was out or not. Showtime Vs Dos Anjos anyone?

Watching the weigh in for tomorrow and Barao is out...

Dillashaw now fighting Joe Soto...

Seems Barao collapsed earlier? Didn't attend the press conference etc. There was mention of it in the live Q&A earlier...

Anyone got any better info?

Good (mostly) main card, but the pre-card was terrible - 3 fights in 2 hours?

The first fight was circa 1 minute, half an hour later the 2nd fight was like one guy in the gym with a training dummy throwing it around and the 3rd had nothing really wrong with it, but it was pretty boring.

So, fight night last Friday was.... OK? Souza worked out a tough opponent, Overeem NEEDS to go back the 'The Demolition Man' nickname before he's cut, and both heavyweight wins were slightly unsporting in their celebration.

(Need to see Cain and Showtime back asap - plus I've finally decided I WANT to see Jon Bones get KTFO).

TUF is starting again shortly - women only, with a belt at the end!

Overeem really is a frustrating fighter. He has the speed, power and accuracy to take out any heavyweight, but it's like he has forgotten how to use head movement and footwork. He also has great reach, if you have a slightly iffy chin you have to do your best not to get hit! Really worried he might get cut, not sure what he can do as he has trained with the blackzillians and now with jackson mma with no real improvement. Felt sorry for Gegard too, Jacare dragged him into his world. Actually think he could give Weidman real problems.

Really looking forward to this TUF, Jo Calderwood should do well, she's a superb striker but from what i've heard the level was very high across the board throughout the series

Likewise I'm supporting JoJo. She seems so mild mannered out of the ring but apparently she has a mean streak and really top muay thai skills

Arlovski trimmed down from last fight.

He's looking/perfoming like a beast.

I was always a fan of his and he did well last night. He seems pretty well-rounded, but i'm not sure if the gap between him and Cain will be too big to cross. Arlovski has stepped it up but i'm not sure if it will ultimately be enough to eventually take the title.

Just watched the replay... Great win for Arlovski! Well pleased to see that, and Bigfoot get KTFO.

Now the big question - is Arlovski back, or was Bigfoot unable to fight due to much less testosterone being in his system...

Or, to play Devil's Advocate, did Arlovski time his cycles well enough wink

Nah, kidding aside he's a beast, but it's hard to say after that fight whether he's as good as ever - it wasn't testing his endurance. Still got the potential to spoil someone's day, clearly. I do hate that I see fighters at 35 and wonder what they're doing, I'm far too cynical.
