Makes sense, his gameplan was for Cain and then he'd have to train differently for Stipe.

Also if the fans wanted to see Cain / Werdum then it's only really fair that they get to see it. Who will be main event then?

I think a lot of these UFC guys are habitually over trained and have been for many years, even with the added extra pharmaceutical aids they're no longer allowed, but let's face it Cain's body has seen enough.

I've just checked the card (I only watched the two fights at the top of the card) I think they're referring to Sage Northcutt, apparently he lost from a very weak head and arm triangle from within his half guard, I'll have to go back and watch it, he's getting some stick apparently, social media and that.

Just seen Benson Henderson has signed to Bellator. Not sure if that's a good move or not? I personally see Bellator as a bit of a UFC retirement home for the bewildered, but would no way put Benson in that category.

BH was out of contact at UFC, and was openly playing them against each other for a bigger pay day. I guess that's the answer - we'll see if he is the first of the 'real' fighters heading over to Bellator.

Maybe the Reebok deal really is that bad....
