Cowboy Cerrone has fought 9 times now in 24 months. Seems a bit excessive, no? He's only lost once to RdA in that time but let's face it there was a hint of him giving up in that one, keeping his powder dry perhaps, he's got a big fan base and a reputation for stepping in for injured guys, I like him and he's a great fighter if not at the very highest level, I don't know, I'm just concerned maybe the UFC might take advantage of some of their new "employees" own enthusiasm?

Dos Anjos ruled out of next week’s lightweight title fight against Conor McGregor. http://www.the42.ie/dos-anjos-out-injured-2619638-...

That would be cool.

Cowboy - hope not, but I could see it. Cowboy doesn't like Connor.

I reckon Diaz will get offered the fight although with all the trash talk with Cowboy that could just as easily happen!

That loss to Dos Anjos was after a 7 month break though, the longest of his career(?). Pretty sure he said on a recent Rogan podcast that he's the type of fighter who needs to be constantly focussed on the next fight and prefers the short turnarounds.

So will Dana create another bullst belt to keep CM happy?
