I didnt think Bisping would win but im pleased for him, as i believe both Bisping and Rockhold have benefited by those other fighters struggling with no longer taking PEDs.
The post fight conference was another matter, and pretty comical to watch.
im always a bit cynical now, but wasnt sure if the tension between them was purely to hype up a money spinning rematch. Even if its understandable to think theirs going to be obvious tension after a fight.
Some classic Bisping lines afterwards
Overall a fantastic card.

Was an interesting , even if short fight.
Bisping definitely did the job in finishing the fight.
Rockhold was completely out as he didnt even raise his hands to protect his face when sat against the cage.

For all his talk about not taking steroids, I sometimes wonder if he is on something and just good at outwitting the system, Armstrong style. Just watching his movements, he is incredibly fast.Bisping definitely did the job in finishing the fight.

I can't think of any current fighter who moves as quickly. Perhaps it is all natural, but I have my suspicious. His ability to recover enough to finish the fight against Silva after some of the blows he sustained also puts it into question. I mean, he is 37 FFS and Rockhold looked geriatric in movement compared to him.

Don't be daft, Bisping isn't that fast, he isn't that strong, Rockhold was part show boating and part complacent. Bisping has got a very good work ethic, stamina and the heart of a fighter though, if you look at his physique compared to some of the others who came up through the untested years he looks completely natural out of camp he's a pretty ordinary looking fella (ish, depends on what your reference is - he'd look like king kong next to me ;o))I can't think of any current fighter who moves as quickly. If you look at the middle weight ranking there are a few older fighters in the top 10, Machida, Silva, Belfort, Henderson - all very dangerous guys but also beatable with the tools Bisping has, what he'll need to avoid is defending the title against some of the younger guys, including Rockhold.

He was unquestionably faster than Rockhold, and IMO, made Silva look slow at times, despite getting pummled by him. I can't rule out that he isn't using any kind of PED simply by looking at his physique. Really great card with some amazing fights. Felt a bit sorry for Faber, he was soundly beaten and has to question his future. As for Bisping I gave him little chance but as he said before every fight is different and Rockhold totally disrespected him, particularly his power. Good punch on the jaw at that wort of weight is enough to KO anyone. I'm pleased for Mike, not sure how long he will keep the belt but after a lifetime of battling he has got the gold!

Just heard this. RIP Kimbo With UFC200 shaping up to be the biggest UFC PPV of all time, and a card that has evolved into something really exciting, surely McGregor will be kicking himself for not being a part of it.
So he moves to UFC202, just another UFC event, and the focus that seemed to be centered around him is seriously diluted, McGregor/Diaz just doesnt have the hype it did when it was lining up for UFC200.
Unless the undercard is very strong I cant see PPV figures for 202 getting anywhere near 200's, so the cocky Irish buffoon really does seem to have shot himself in the foot on this one in terms of his potential popularity growth, as well as his potential pay day.
No doubt he'll come out with more ridiculous social media bits to try and get himself noticed again, but a couple weeks ago typing 'MMA News' in google you got loads about Conor McGregor, now he doesn't even get a mention anywhere.

Bum knee. Nearly every fighter in the UFC has a bum knee. Bisping, meanwhile, is near blind.
