No posts in here yet? How did we all score Bisping v Hendo?

I enjoyed seeing Bisping getting knocked down. Henderson is an animal. Shame he ran out of puff so quickly.

Chael had a very good chat on this, Bisping has wanted it for years, down to that highlight spot. biggrin

I had Bisping winning that. Hendo can't expect to win on points when he stands there doing nothing but looking for the big overhand right all round, despite landing a couple of decent ones.

I had Hendon taking the first, the second even and Bisping taking the last 3. Think Bisping made it a lot harder for himself than he needed to but I think that was largely down to the mental battle he was dealing with following their previous fight

hehe I don't like bispings mouth. No need for it.

I know some will say it's all part of the game etc but I just don't see the need to be so disrespectful. Same as that macgregor knobber.

Well, I have to say that I really enjoyed the entire card. Brad Pickett should think about hanging them up though....

Hoe bad is it? I doubt anyone who enjoys mma competition is going to have their mind changed by a bruised up face, the eye looked bad at the time. The ufc have to be careful about their public image but at this point they're not concerned with winning people over, the market is big enough with the people who already don't care about injuries to the competitors.

As it stands I'm not certain but I'm pretty sure Bisping ongoing inherent rye issues would stop him getting a license to straight box, he's had several retina detachments and one eye is completely fked as I understand, they are what they are these guys, fookin loonies, which is why the sport attracts such and admiring fan base.

As an aside I think we all know Bisping is not the best middle weight in the ufc, and although he deserved his time with the belt he's going to have to pull of another miracle job to defend against a fit Wiedman, Rockhold, Jacare et al.

I've not watched it yet, but I agree with this completely. He's got heart but I don't think he's really got the skills...

I like McGregor. He's got a great style to watch, his trash talk is generally amusing, and he can at least back it up. Although his success does seem to be turning UFC into a bit of a WWF style pantomime, with so many fighters jumping on the hype bandwagon. Can't say I blame them given how rewarding it has been for him, but they can't all be like the Notorious and its getting out of hand.

Bisping irritates me as he just comes across as a complete idiot the way he talks. Doesn't do much to convey a good image of Brits given he is the best known of not very many. Credit where it's due; he does have immense skills and heart, has been in the game for many years, and has won the belt.

So, Faber has said his next fight will be his last. I'm glad he has the sense to walk away when he still can. A shame he never got UFC gold, but that's the way it goes.

So UFC is finally back this weekend after a few weeks off.
Will be interesting to see how RDA bounces back after the Alvarez defeat.
He looked un-stoppable up until that point.

Then we have UFC 205 next weekend, without a doubt the best card on paper the UFC have ever done.
I like to make it a little more interesting with a cheeky £20 bet, I've gone for the below this time.
