Bit of singing from Fury! WTF is wrong with him??
Not the first time, i find it hilarious eubank, as someone said earlier, likes to get involved when he doesn't need to.....if he'd box more composed he'd be even better than he is now.
fury looked good!! first time i can say i've been impressed really. actually, he boxed really well against johnson too......
frampton looks so comfortable in close . he's so compact and controlled at close quarters i really do see him as a class act.

Trivia question for you all
Name boxers who have recorded their own entrance songs. I will start with Manny who has recorded this rousing number for the Mayweather fight

Frankly it doesn't matter how poor Manny's ring entrance song is, it will still be a million times better than Mayweather's, assuming it'll be Lil Wayne accompanying him again...!
i thought it would be a great idea to come out to a pretty little ditty called " christopher walken" ....(i did allow myself a chuckle watching a view to a kill on itv only yesterday)
only problem was i remembered everything from gumshield to gloves to vaseline.......but left the cd in the house and had to come out to some generic dance crap.
any excuse, .......this is the glorious rabble rouser in all it's glory.....

ha!!.....hey, i'll have you know that was cutting edge rock back in '99 !!!admittedly it was a bit "niche" but linkin park ended up doing alright out of it!!
we got published and appeared on a couple of label compilations but never made a fking penny at it..........i didn't think so at the time but i'm glad i stuck it out in my day job
Interesting developments with the WBA demanding a unification fight between Ward and Froch...
Funnily enough, though, I suspect it's a fight that neither man wants. For Ward, I'm sure it wouldn't be his first choice of opponent after being out for the ring for best part of 18 months, and having already beaten Froch relatively convincingly there's not a huge amount of upside in taking the fight. He certainly won't be keen on coming to the UK for the contest. Meanwhile, Froch has never really shown any great desire for the re-match and, pretty candidly, has prevously said he didn't really see much point in it as the outcome would probably be the same as the first time they fought. Further, if even if it were to go ahead in the US, it's unlikely to be the big Vegas bonanza that Froch seems to want as Ward just isn't that big a draw over there (something that still baffles me). As such, I think there's only a moderate chance of this actually taking place.
Looking forward to the Paul Butler fight this weekend. Really hope he does it (and I believe he will) - if he does, apparently he'll be the first British fighter since Bob Fitzsimmons to have won world titles at different weights when stepping down in weight. Not bad company to be mixing with...!

...i was just about to step in and correct you there fella....thinking about his first title being when he beat the nonpariel for the middleweight title...but , yeah, after the heavyweight title he did go backdown and win the light heavyweight title. can't remember how old he was but i'm sure he was well into his 40s at that point.
incredible fighter.
but back to butler.....be really cool if he pulls it off.
i hope derry mathews doesn't hit a banana skin either. he can't afford to lose so close to the richar abril title fight.

Just got round to listening to that (was out of the country at the start of the week). Not bad as it goes; definitely hear the similarities with Linkin Park...could also hear a smidge of Biohazard in there as well, another band for whom I have a bit of time! i thought it would be a great idea to come out to a pretty little ditty called " christopher walken" ....(i did allow myself a chuckle watching a view to a kill on itv only yesterday)

I thought it was very odd too.
I can't see Coyle causing Campbell any problems though. Campbell is the real deal and is highly likely to be a future world champion. I think Campbell would stop Coyle within 3-4 rounds.
Fielding was a bit off-form last night too, but he has been out of action for a while.
