the more i think about it the more i change my mind.

but i still fancy manny's penchant for darting left and chucking the backhand will really give floyd a lot of problems due to his shoulder up defence.

floyd won't have cortez in there as ref to help him cheat his way to victory either. bayliss takes no st either.

WWWAAAAARRRRRRR PACQUIAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what time do people think the actual fight itself will start GMT?

I'm setting my alarm for 0400hrs...
Anywhere between 4-5 I reckon. Imagine splashing out mega bucks on tickets, and it's a first round stoppage....
There are a couple of fighters on the undercard that might be worth catching too; Vasyl Lomachenko and Leo Santa Cruz (the latter a possible near-future opponent for Frampton or Quigg).

I'm waking up to watch this and from previous experience, every big fight in Vegas doesn't actually start until about 5-530am. Anyone else noticed that?

EDIT: Just checked ESB, and ring walks confirmed to be NO EARLIER than 5am GMT. I reckon for this fight it'll be closer to 6am though!

Just on ladbrokes & 7/4 on Manny to win by TKO stoppage & not go the distance!

I have to throw a bit on to make sure I stay awake !
its on Sunday @ 10am, 12pm, 4.30 pm(?0 ,7pm & 10pm on Virgin but I want to see the result not hear it & then watch! So gald we have an impartial ref, I liked Roach's comments that if Mayweather wants to use the elbow etc we have planned for that...

Never seen Manny so relaxed & happy, at the press conference he says Dont worry its easy !!

Neither of these dudes have the same sort of panache as Sugar Ray or Hitman or Hagler.

Already they are just talking about the money.

Nice work Nick.

No need for me to set the alarm then - the children usually start jumping on the bed around that time so business as usual

I really want Paqman to win. I don't think this is the 'fight of the century', money wise, yeah, but surely there have been bigger and badder fights before.

I'm not watching this live - will catch the highlights later.
Unless it's heavyweight division, I'm not interested. hehe

You should probably check your sources for that. There's plenty of other sources that claim they've both been tested a fairly equal number of times.

Pac 145lbs (after a big lunch earlier according to Lampley).
Mayweather 146lbs.

Rehydrated weights will be interesting - expect Pac to be around 147 and Mayweather around 155.

Ok, I need to ask my PH friends about this one. Sky Sports have put up an article of how to beat Mayweather here

It says in the article that De La Hoya was ahead at the halfway point. But from what I can see the first two judges have it level and Tom has Mayweather in front. Am I being stupid?
