Still my Favourite of the 6 films.

When it was first released I was about 15 and I wanted my hair cut like Lundgren but my mum said 'no chance'

I used to spike it up when I got to school

Not really sure this is the right place for this, but apparently Frank Maloney has revealed he's going through a 'Gender Reassignment' process (i.e. a sex change...I think). Must admit, I was taken aback when I heard this on the radio...but best of luck to Frank if that's that he/she wants. Must have taken a lot of guts (was going to say 'bcensoredlocks', but somehow that didn't seem appropriate under the circumstances) to come out and admit it to himself, family and friends and now the great unwashed...hope (s)he finds the happiness in life that (s)he's probably been missing so far. smile

Back to more mundane matters, did anyone see the Danny Garcia and Lamont Peterson fights last night? I caught the very end of the latter and by all accounts it was a poor contest so I didn't bother going back to see it. However, whilst Garcia's opponent was little better that Peterson's, the way Garcia dealt with him was far more spectacular!

It really wouldn't surprise me to see him step up to Welterweight before too long to chase the big bucks, but I'd love to see him unify the Light Welterweight titles before he does, starting with Peterson...really becoming a big fan of the guy!

Sort of feel sad for the "person" & admire the bravery that this must have taken.

I didn't mean that to sound patronising but you can imagine the turmoil in the poor guys life, yes brave!

He shouldn't fight again. a) he clearly isn't up to it, and/or b) that looked like he threw the fight

My immediate thought was that the Triads must be a lot more scary than the Cosanostra.

I can see where you're coming from - not many people have done to Malignaggi what Porter did. And, in fairness, he looked good against Alexander too. There again, Brook's in his prime and is a big Welterweight (arguably he's looking more like a Light-Middleweight now). Brook's certainly got more of a dig on him than Malignaggi too so it would be a dangerous strategy for Porter to try and walk through him as he did against Paulie.

I think this could potentially be a tremendous fight...really looking forward to it!

Got to agree mate I'm sure it'll be a cracker. I just hope brook starts hard fast and crisp and makes porter hesitant to try and blast through. Let's hope the kell brook of the first carson jones fight is a distant memory
