- Istanbul. WOW, just WOW.
- 2006 FA Cup Final. Almost as good a feeling as Istanbul.
- Arsenal's "invincible" season.
- Stuart Pearce scoring that penalty vs Germany.
- Gabrielli Taquini in BTCC in the Alfa 155, on 2 wheels!
- Catalunya MOTO GP final lap. Rossi vs Lorenzo. Greatest final lap ever!

Are you sure you are not meaning the penalty against Spain, as that is the one that resulted in that amazing celebration!

Another that I didn't go to that's definitely worthy of a mention:

Everton vs Wimbledon, May 1994. It was the final game of the season & Everton were sickeningly close to relegation, along with a load of other clubs (I think there was 5 who could have gone down in the 2 remaining relegation places). A win would have kept Everton up, realistically anything else would have meant relegation.

Started off really poorly, a penalty & own goal put Everton 2-0 down after 20 minutes & firm favourites to go down. A while later & Everton got a penalty, nobody wanted to take it in case they were the man that missed the penalty that sent Everton down. Graham Stuart took responsibilty & sent the keeper the wrong way meaning it was 2-1 at half time after Dean Holdsworth put a free header over the bar from a couple of yards.

A 30 yard Barry Horne screamer put Everton level but that wouldn't have been enough due to other results. Stuart stuck away a 2nd to put Everton in front & we were able to hang on until the end to just about stay up.

A year later we won the FA Cup.
