You don't know much about the NFL do you?
If you were going to bet on a "Denver v Bengals final" you really shouldn't be allowed down the bookies on your own.
People told me i was wrong last year to back the Pats against the Seahawks, look what happened there. If you were going to bet on a "Denver v Bengals final" you really shouldn't be allowed down the bookies on your own.
At the end of the season/9th Jan, on good old FB, i predicted Denver vs Bengals/Panthers. I thought it posted it on here but alas i didnt. Can take a screen shot for you though for proof if you like?
DvCa was 7/1 and CavsCi was 9/1. These odds where about 3/4 of the way down the pecking list ie not favourites and yet here we are.
As ive left it to late to get any decent odds, think i may just wait until bet in-play or take punts on defensive touchdown etc
Edit:
Ahh yeah sorry, in my excitement i thought the Bengals where in the same conference as the Panthers.

Because I was so utterly pissed off about it at the time, I refrained from comment here about the Steelers/Bengals playoff game.
It was just such a lousy set of circumstances that brought them together for the 3rd time this season. There is so much bad blood and acrimony between these two teams that it was fairly inevitable that it would get chaotic.
Biased as I most surely am, the worst offenses perpetrated in the game (and that most certainly contributed to the debacle at the end) were Steelers coach Munchak's off field encounter with Reggie Nelson, which was disgraceful and malicious - and the totally inexcusable helmet spike that Shazier perpetrated on Bernard, who was just as 'defenseless' as Porter was when Burfict hit him (with his shoulder, rather than the crown of his helmet). Result - Steelers get away with it (despite Bernard being rendered unconscious) and the Bengals get penalized with a 15 yard personal foul. That was not right.
I accept that Burfict is an animal - but it was his (and Pacman's) reaction to the penalty that doomed us, rather than the play itself. If that call had gone the way Shazier's outright assault had gone - the outcome would have been different.
I know it's all coulda, shoulda, woulda history, but the statistical happenstance that brought these two teams together in the wildcard was such a shame. I think we would have had a much better game and outcome if we'd got the Chiefs instead of Pittsburg.
I'm not sure how the hell Denver are going to stop the Panthers - but Superbowl games do have a tendency to upset.

I think the point is that the Broncos and the Bengals are both in the AFC and, as such, can never meet in Super Bowl.stephen300o said:
Anyone watch the pro bowl anymore? Not seen it for fifteen years or so, just got more and more irrelevant to anything.
Last years was actually quite good as there seemed to be a more competitive edge to it, some decent hits and big plays.Still a bit of a pointless game though.
