They have to be 100% sure if they are going to overturn a ruling made in real time on the field. This is the issue as seen by the fact that you could get say six people's opinions and it would be 4-2 in favour of a completion, this however would also mean that you wouldnt be 100% sure and therefore the ruling on the field would stand.

Can't stand Coldplay but that was one of the better half-time shows in recent years IMO. Beyonce's bum and legs may have swayed my decision somewhat. Music seemed dubbed, hardly surprising.
