I'll go for Tremlett to start in Perth as it will suit his extra height and bounce.

Bresnan offers great batting but it seems England aren't really in need of another good batsmen biggrin

We might get to see Shahzad at Sydney, I like his agression and he gets a bit of swing.

Right.. back to civilisation after my time away... as I said at beginning of day 5 (before the inevitable) congrats to the soapshy for an utter beating handed to us! Well deserved.

Welcome and equal congrats to all the NEWBIES to this thread. Like the one who's 1st post has launched straight into John's ENG/SA tag. don't go there knackers!! been covered already champ.

Well my Eng/Oz role reversal nightmare continues and I hope for the sake of the series that we take some feckin action and kick ourselves up the arse and turn it around at the WACA. If we just bend over like you guys did last time you were here and get buttfked 4-0 then that is tragic.

Thanks for saving me the copy & paste as I am now rightfully erased from the pre-ashes prediction table.

Nout more to say really, bring on the barrage (I sure as st would!), make hay while the sun shines fellas as we all know where the "norm" is for English Sport and, more inevitabley than death & taxes, you will be back in mediochrity central sooner or later smile

st.. just realised, the soapdodgers can't win more than one more test this series. PH formatting etc dictates not enough characters available in the name field for the poms to have 100 or more wins.

Guys... Paraphrasing that is hardly new. I posted something similar on facefock myself when we beat them in the T20. (Remember that?)

That's true, because our resident expert and professional cricketer Aussies3Eng/SA1 seems to have disappeared. Perhaps he's gone to get some batteries for his calculator because he sure can't do mental arithmetic. hehe

I reckon it's harder predicting who will be wearing the baggy green at The WACA than the series score.

I mean where do they start ?

Hughes for Katich ?
Do they drop North?
Doherty surely has to go. Which spinner ?
Hilfenhaus and Johnson back in contention according to the press?

The only bowler who you'd put money on is Harris...Bollinger has to go and Siddle hasn't looked remotely threatening since day 1 at The Gabba.

Looks like Great Great Uncle Atilla's attitude runs in the family hey newbie? Can't fight genetics at the end of the day. If you're born without a sense of humour it's not like you can grow one. Now go and have your monthly bath and try & think of somthing funny to say.
