S3 rear brake discs?

Are the rear brake special to the Lotus or it was sourced from another car?

what is the best place to get a pair quickly?

The inboard 3-bolt fixing ones? Citroen SM. Can be had from the likes of SJ Sportscars but you will be bending over and lubing up, they're about 4 times the price they ought to be for what they are.
