Anyone want photos? Followed an Anglia in, I was going to go in convoy with the white Vitesse, but she chickened out. I bravely went on... and on a tight corner in Midhurst, at 15mph, discovered the Spitfire's famous handling. Turned into the corner, felt it understeer, so just tightened the line slightly. I could feel the rear was a bit twitchy, but it suddenly decided to overtake me, it felt like the front left hand wheel lifted into the air! ARGH! Quite a quick spin of the wheel to the left and I caught it, but it must have looked pretty amusing to the bloke who'd just pulled out behind me! Managed to get the Spitfire under cover Toledo! Probably due to the rain it wasn't very busy - this was at about 8:15. Phoar, seventies brown with orange stripe! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scweet NSU PHOAR! Made an EPIC noise! XJ13. Sadly sounded nothing special, just the normal V12, no quadedness  Little Austins float my boat Americanised Interceptor... Spitfire... with what I'd call "poor" panel gaps. And collapsed suspension on one side... And that's that Aaron

I had the same problem.... My hands were freezing.... I had to have a shower when I got home to warm myself up as I got so cold.... I find you always seem to be in someones way at the Breakfast Club.

Did anyone catch what that pre-war looking jobbie with a Blown Offenhauser V8, modern'ish front suspension and an Aston Martin badge tacked on the radiator was? Just curious...
