Breakfast club yesterday
Discussion
I popped in for a couple of hours yesterday morning, after the early rain cleared it was a nice little gathering. I'm hopeless at car spotting so the descriptions are either vague or plain wrong...
The AC Frua Coupe that lives 200 yards away from us.
And the Galaxy that lives 75 yards away.
And the Rallywreck that lives 0 yards away.
Douglas Bader
Some old Roller
And a Ferrari 275 thingy, possibly.
Some old Maserati.
Another R8
Lotus Evora
Scooby P1
Rather nice GT3RS
And a rather nice older 911.
More Porker Art.
Some new Nag.
Vintage stingray
Guess the badge
Period racing Jaaaag.
Another Evora
Miniature vintage motoring.
Shelby Cobra thingy.
After the rains.
Khaki Green small thingy.
348 I think!
Oh, and that badge... Gordon Keeble I believe....
And don't blame me for the poor photo quality, it was my 10 yr old daughter that took most of them...

"Some old Roller"? I'll have you know I washed and polished it this week!!! Bit of a shock for the old girl!
Yep, Gordon Keeble! Rare as you-know what! One more would have been good, eh James?
Thanks for the photos (well thanks to your daughter!!!)
Rob
We did actually get a picture of the Keeble...Yep, Gordon Keeble! Rare as you-know what! One more would have been good, eh James?

And, bless, there was something about the 'old roller' that attracted us, no idea what, but we felt we should photograph it...

That Keeble was superb! There was also another (no. 81?) near the entrance but there should have been 3!!! And, bless, there was something about the 'old roller' that attracted us, no idea what, but we felt we should photograph it...
Good looking driver?

I signed up earlier to reply to this topic, then found that posting by new members had been disabled. While waiting I've been browsing the site and it seems there are a number of GK owners here. Anyway, here are my pictures of the two at Goodwood yesterday.
An unusually quiet morning but some interesting cars anyway. Strangest I thought was this Bentley with acres of leather and suede ... on the outside!

Thanks for the photo of my old Rolls, and proof that Robscim is looking after her was required!
She is actually 3/4 of the way through her summer holidays, having driven from Aberdeen to Le Mans Classic and back, work prevented the full return journey so after "promising" to look after her I allowed Robscim the privelidge of keeping her in his garage!

I think you'll find that is a 355 GTS as the roof panel is black. Geek mode off! Ferrari 275 thingy, possibly. nop > 250 Lusso

On a more serious note, the turnout was lower, probably a bit due to the weather, but what a cracking selection of cars! Not so many flashy cars or garage queens, but a fantastic collection of rarities for true classic car admirers. Personally, I think this is the essence of the Breakfast Club!
Best one for ages for me!
Cheers
