Maybe a lone voice here, but was really disappointed to see that Sushi Sunday is not on the list this year. Last year's was extremely well attended. Maybe we'll get it back in 2015! rolleyes
If you enjoy looking at a ton of MX5's and Impreza's.

I enjoy all the goodwood breakfast clubs and always make sure I get a good breakfast in me from the. NAAFI wagon or Aero club if wet. But sushi Sunday is the only one I pretty much have breakfast and leave.

An interesting point, at last years Supercar Sunday I took a friends 16 year old, car mad son, he loved it but by the end of the morning had stopped looking at Ferraris, Astons, Lambos and McLarens and instead was loving looking at Integrales, quattros and American muscle - it seems you can have too much of anything!

I think it's all about variety. All the events you have a wide range of cars then sushi Sunday seems to be large groups of the same car.

I expect hot hatch Sunday to be a sea of Clio V6's. However the year there was loads of deloreans was impressive!!

It's almost suggesting a non-themed event. (I'm now expecting a backlash from everyone rolleyes)

As Breakfast Clubs' are 'themed' and entry is by pre-registration how about (next year) the organisers limit each make and model of car to (say) the first three entries.

eg 3 Renault Clio Cups
3 Porsche 911s
3 Bugatti Veyrons........

Seriously, it would give a true range of cars. Nothing more boring than dozens of cars of the same marque/model. I mean one you've seen 3 Pagani Zondas' you've seen them all!

I think for the 'Grid' they do limit model numbers, gone are the days of single model Fezza grids.

Perhaps the could call the event "Anything Goes" or "Anything that Goes"
(with a limit of say 3 per marque/model)

Sorry, but that's cobblers - there was a HUGE variety of Jap stuff there ancient GT-Rs, a Honda S800, weird import only stuff, 240&260 Zeds, even a Lexus LFA! - I just reviewed my photos and although I CBA to post examples here, they show that to good effect. Like I said, I am probably a lone voice, but it's just not true to suggest that the event was a sea of MX5s and Scoobies.

I was very impressed with the work on one of the 240's you are right there was a wide variety of Japanese cars, however going into one of the paddocks it was just MX5's. Maybe it's just not to my taste but I find a higher number of multiple car types at sushi Sunday, a lot of civics as well - me being one of them. I just find it's the one Sunday I don't stay for long and take very few photos.

Disco, if you CBA to post a picture of the S800 that would be great. I was particularly hoping to see one there but managed to miss it.

It was always one of my favorites too & would have looked forward to going especially to see cars way older then me.

By the looks of things I doubt theres anyway to take the Healey to sadly. But if there was anything on then you & the Healey would be there & so would I.

If only.
