Goodwood tomorrow - ear defenders / radio?

Necessary or nice-to-have?

Can't wait for tomorrow but (having only been to track days, not actual racing) was wondering if I *need* to get ear defenders and the radio to be able to hear the commentary? Anyone care to comment on how loud the revival races are?

Am expecting / hoping for some of the cars to be earth-shattering but would think much of what's on shouldn't be toooo bad...

Radio is definitely a good idea, not sure if defenders are required, not for the revival style races but maybe for the Le Mans or turbo F1's however I suspect neither of which will be at full chat

The only place I've ever used ear plugs is Monaco.

Bloody hell that looks fantastic. Nothing has been posted up about it on pH and I've not seen any advertisement press about it a shame as we'd have gone along to that.
