Just worked through my static stuff (track stuff to do next). It was like 6 or 7 years ago this morning in the paddock, so quiet, loved it. Things got even better up the hill, literally the only person in the top section for the first batch and it never got really busy at all, very weird.

I got lucky with the Williams F1 car, they decided they needed to swap them over early on Thursday so left the "NEW" Martini one in the middle of the trackway.. with no crowds around it!

Cracking pictures!

Clearly show the benefits of paying for decent glass.

Lovely photos and as you suggest good glass makes a HUGE difference.

I decided some years ago to only buy 'L' lenses for my Canon and as a st photographer they give me a much better chance of getting 'that' photo.

Ironically these were with a Sigma 35mm 1.4, blows the Canon 35 1.4 out of the water imo. But yes, glass over body all day long.

Nothing wrong with Sigma!

Last time I went I went to FOS I spent the whole day with a 50mm 1.8 on my MkII. I was too close to use anything else and it was just the job.

That' was exactly my first thought, the rear hatch shape, the rear lights are just a scaled up tvr t350/sagaris

Motors TV today 14:00 - 15:30
Sky SportsF1 and Sky2 tomorrow 15:00 - 17:00

ITV4 is showing a highlights programme on 9/7 21:00 - 22:00

And some repeat runs on Motors, Sky and Quest during July.
